About Mary
For as long as I can remember I have been a seeker and fascinated with energy, transformation and healing. Like many practitioners, working with others came out of my own journey of self discovery and healing. I have worked in the intuitive and healing arts for 20 years and have had the privilege of studying and training with many extraordinary teachers including Sonia Choquette, Dr. Darren Weissman, Julie Desmarais, Dr. Phil Walsh, Tracy McBurney and several gifted teachers from the Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health.
I have come to know that all the answers are within us, that we are our own best healers, teachers, and authorities. Yet we all need assistance along the way – someone to shine a light for us so that we can clearly see ourselves and our lives; someone to assist us in reconnecting with our truest self. It is my joy and privilege to be able to do that for others.
